426 مليون ريال حجم تداول العقارات في أسبوع

الدوحة في 06 نوفمبر /قنا/ بلغ حجم تداول العقارات في عقود البيع المسجلة لدى إدارة التسجيل العقاري بوزارة العدل خلال الفترة من 26 إلى 30 أكتوبر الماضي، 318 مليونا و791 ألفا و923 ريالا، فيما بلغ إجمالي عقود البيع للنشرة العقارية الخاصة بالوحدات السكنية خلال الفترة نفسها 107 ملايين و804 آلاف و573 ريالا، ليصل إجمالي حجم تداول العقارات خلال أسبوع حوالي 426.596 مليون ريال.


وذكرت النشرة الأسبوعية الصادرة عن إدارة التسجيل العقاري، أن قائمة العقارات المتداولة بالبيع شملت أراضي فضاء ومساكن وعمارات سكنية ومبنى سكنيا ووحدات سكنية.

وتركزت عمليات البيع في بلديات الوكرة والدوحة والريان والشمال والظعاين وأم صلال والخور والذخيرة وفي مناطق جزيرة اللؤلؤة والوكير والمشاف وغار ثعيلب والخرايج ولقطيفية والصخامة ولوسيل69.


وكان حجم تداول العقارات في عقود البيع المسجلة لدى إدارة التسجيل العقاري قد بلغ أكثر من 748 مليون ريال خلال الفترة من 19 إلى 23 أكتوبر الماضي.



Doha, November 06 (QNA) - The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during the period from Oct. 26-30, 2025 reached QAR 318,791,923.


Meanwhile the total sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period is QAR 107,804,573, bringing the total trading value for the week to approximately QAR 426.596 million.


The weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of real estate properties traded for sale has included vacant lands, houses, residential buildings, commercial shops, and residential units.


Sales were concentrated in Al Wakra, Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Shamal, Al Daayen, Umm Slal, and Al Khor and Al Thakhira, municipalities, and in the areas of the Pearl, Al Wukair, Al Mashaf, Gharآ Thuaileb, Al Kharayej, Leqtaifiya, Al Sakhama, and Lusail 69.


The volume of real estate transactions in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice reached more than QAR 748 million during the period from Oct. 19 to Oct. 23. (QNA)
