-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams and levels.
-Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
-Proficiency with HR software and Microsoft Office tools; experience in manufacturing or industrial settings in Qatar is an advantage.
