انطلاق فعاليات النسخة الحادية عشرة من مؤتمر رواد لريادة الأعمال 2025

الدوحة في 17 نوفمبر /قنا/ تحت رعاية معالي الشيخ محمد بن عبدالرحمن بن جاسم آل ثاني، رئيس مجلس الوزراء وزير الخارجية، افتتح سعادة الشيخ فيصل بن ثاني بن فيصل آل ثاني وزير التجارة والصناعة اليوم، فعاليات النسخة الحادية عشرة من مؤتمر "رواد" لريادة الأعمال لعام 2025 تحت شعار "ريادة تعبر الحدود، نمو، استدامة، تميز" بحضور عدد من الوزراء وكبار الشخصيات وممثلي الجهات الحكومية ومؤسسات القطاع الخاص، إلى جانب نخبة من رواد الأعمال والمستثمرين والخبراء من مختلف أنحاء العالم.

وعقب الافتتاح، اطلع سعادته خلال جولة في معرض الشركات المصاحب للمؤتمر، على أبرز الابتكارات والمنتجات التي تعرضها مجموعة من الشركات المحلية والعالمية المشاركة والعاملة في مختلف القطاعات.

وتمتد فعاليات المؤتمر، على مدار ثلاثة أيام من 17 إلى 19 نوفمبر الجاري ، في مركز الدوحة للمعارض والمؤتمرات، حيث تعقد نسخة هذا العام بالتعاون مع نادي رواد الأعمال الشباب، ليحتضن المؤتمر النسخة الثانية من "ملتقى رواد الأعمال الشباب الإعلامي" الذي ينظمه النادي، بمشاركة واسعة من جهات إعلامية من القطاعين الحكومي والخاص وشخصيات من القطاع الإعلامي والمستثمرين ورواد الأعمال.

وفي هذا السياق أكد السيد عبدالرحمن بن هشام السويدي الرئيس التنفيذي لبنك قطر للتنمية، أهمية هذه النسخة ودورها في تحفيز المنظومة الريادية الوطنية بقوله: "قدم اليوم الافتتاحي لرواد صورة واضحة عن الدور المحوري الذي يؤديه المؤتمر في دعم ريادة الأعمال وتشجيع الابتكار والفكر الإبداعي على المستوى الوطني والإقليمي. فما شهدناه من قنوات تواصل مباشرة بين الشركات والمستثمرين، ومن تبادل للخبرات بين المتخصصين ورواد الأعمال، خير دليل على قدرة هذه المنصة الحيوية على فتح مسارات جديدة وغير مسبوقة للتعاون والتنسيق بين أطراف ومكونات منظومة الأعمال في قطر".

وأضاف: "يتركز هدفنا الأساسي من مؤتمر رواد على توفير بيئة حاضنة تساعد الشركات على الوصول إلى المعرفة والعلاقات وفرص التطور، بحيث يجد كل مبتكر مساحة لاكتساب خبرات جديدة وفهم أعمق لاحتياجات السوق، بما يعزز قدرته على التخطيط الدقيق والتوسع بخطى ثابتة".

وعلى صعيد أهداف المؤتمر لهذا العام، أشار مسؤولون من البنك إلى أن اختيار شعار النسخة يهدف إلى تقديم مسار استراتيجي لريادة الأعمال، يركز على التميز في بناء نموذج العمل، وتوسيع الحضور في الأسواق الجديدة، وتوظيف الاستدامة والابتكار كعناصر جذب للمستثمرين، إلى جانب تقديم ميزة تنافسية مستدامة.

وتشهد نسخة هذا العام تنوعا لافتا في الفعاليات التي تشمل معرضا للشركات الناشئة لعرض حلولها المبتكرة، تشارك من خلاله 120 شركة محلية وعالمية، إلى جانب أكثر من 100 متحدث وخبير، وأكثر من 30 ورشة عمل متخصصة وأكثر من 15 جلسة نقاشية موزعة على أربعة مسارات متنوعة.

وتناقش الورش والجلسات قضايا تهم منظومة ريادة الأعمال القطرية، على رأسها أفضل الخطوات لتوسيع نطاق الأعمال والأسواق المستهدفة، وكيفية الاستفادة من احتياجات السوق العالمي لتطوير الخدمات والمنتجات، مع تسليط الضوء على أولوية الاستدامة وأهمية الابتكار وتبني الحلول الإبداعية.

كما يضم المؤتمر منصة تفاعلية لعرض المشاريع، توفر لرواد الأعمال فرصة استعراض أفكارهم ومشاريعهم الطموحة أمام المستثمرين لاختبار فرص النمو والتوسع، ويتضمن المؤتمر أيضا لقاءات واجتماعات ثنائية بين الشركات والمستثمرين لبناء شراكات جديدة وتسهيل الوصول إلى فرص التمويل.

Under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, His Excellency Sheikh Faisal bin Thani bin Faisal Al Thani, Minister of Commerce and Industry, today inaugurated the eleventh edition of the “Ruwad” Entrepreneurship Conference 2025, held under the theme “Entrepreneurship Across Borders: Growth, Sustainability, Excellence,” in the presence of a number of ministers, senior officials, representatives of government entities and private sector institutions, along with a distinguished group of entrepreneurs, investors, and experts from around the world.

Following the opening, His Excellency toured the accompanying exhibition, where he reviewed the most prominent innovations and products showcased by a group of local and international companies participating and operating across various sectors.

The conference activities extend over three days, from November 17 to 19, at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center. This year’s edition is held in collaboration with the Young Entrepreneurs Club, and the conference hosts the second edition of the “Young Media Entrepreneurs Forum,” organized by the club, with broad participation from media entities in both the public and private sectors, as well as figures from the media industry, investors, and entrepreneurs.

In this context, Mr. Abdulrahman bin Hisham Al-Suwaidi, CEO of Qatar Development Bank, stressed the importance of this edition and its role in stimulating the national entrepreneurial ecosystem, saying: “Today’s opening of Ruwad provided a clear picture of the pivotal role the conference plays in supporting entrepreneurship and promoting innovation and creative thinking on both the national and regional levels. The direct communication channels between companies and investors, and the exchange of expertise among specialists and entrepreneurs, clearly demonstrate this dynamic platform’s ability to open new and unprecedented pathways for cooperation and coordination among the various components of Qatar’s business ecosystem.”

He added: “Our primary goal at the Ruwad Conference is to provide a nurturing environment that enables companies to access knowledge, connections, and growth opportunities, allowing every innovator the space to gain new experiences and deepen their understanding of market needs, thereby enhancing their ability to plan accurately and expand with confidence.”

Regarding the objectives of this year’s conference, bank officials indicated that the chosen theme aims to present a strategic pathway for entrepreneurship, focusing on excellence in building business models, expanding presence in new markets, and leveraging sustainability and innovation as attractive elements for investors, in addition to offering a sustainable competitive advantage.

This year’s edition features a remarkable diversity of activities, including a startup exhibition showcasing innovative solutions by 120 local and international companies, along with more than 100 speakers and experts, over 30 specialized workshops, and more than 15 panel sessions distributed across four tracks.

The workshops and sessions address key issues of interest to Qatar’s entrepreneurial ecosystem, including best steps for scaling businesses and targeting new markets, how to leverage global market needs to develop services and products, and placing emphasis on sustainability, innovation, and the adoption of creative solutions.

The conference also includes an interactive platform for project presentations, offering entrepreneurs an opportunity to showcase their ideas and ambitious projects to investors to assess growth and expansion opportunities. It additionally features bilateral meetings between companies and investors to build new partnerships and facilitate access to financing opportunities.
