Quantity Surveyor (QS)
Position: Quantity Surveyor (QS) – Grade A
Location: Qatar
Industry: Consulting
Job Type: Full-time
We are a leading consulting firm in Qatar urgently seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with Grade A certification. The ideal candidate will have expertise in preparing Bill of Quantities across all disciplines, including Civil, Structural, Architectural, Interior Fit-Out, MEP, External works, Road works, and Landscaping.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare Bill of Quantities, tender documents, and cost estimates for various project disciplines.
Manage procurement, contracts, and project costs.
Provide financial advice and reporting to clients.
Handle claims, variations, and disputes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field.
5+ years of experience in QS with Grade A certification.
Proficiency in preparing BOQs for all project disciplines.
Valid Qatar ID (QID).
