قطر تدين بشدة هجوما استهدف للمرة الثانية قنصلية الإمارات في كوردستان العراق
Qatar expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the attack that targeted for the second time the Consulate General of the United Arab Emirates in Kurdistan Region of Iraq, describing it as an unacceptable act that constitutes a blatant violation of international norms and conventions that guarantee the protection of diplomatic missions and their premises.
الدوحة في 14 مارس /قنا/ أعربت دولة قطر عن إدانتها واستنكارها الشديدين للهجوم الذي استهدف للمرة الثانية القنصلية العامة لدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة الشقيقة في كوردستان العراق، وعدّته عملا مرفوضا يشكّل انتهاكا صارخا للأعراف والمواثيق الدولية التي تكفل حماية البعثات الدبلوماسية ومقارها.
وأكدت وزارة الخارجية، في بيان اليوم، أن استهداف البعثات والمقار الدبلوماسية يمثل خرقا واضحا لاتفاقية فيينا للعلاقات الدبلوماسية، ويعد تصعيدا خطيرا يهدد أمن وسلامة العاملين في السلك الدبلوماسي ويقوّض قواعد العمل الدبلوماسي المعترف بها دوليا.
وجددت الوزارة موقف دولة قطر الثابت الرافض لكافة أعمال العنف والإرهاب التي تستهدف البعثات الدبلوماسية أو تقوّض الأمن والاستقرار، مؤكدة تضامنها مع دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة الشقيقة، ودعمها لكل ما من شأنه تعزيز الأمن والاستقرار في جمهورية العراق الشقيقة والمنطقة.
Doha, March 14 (QNA) — Qatar expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the attack that targeted for the second time the Consulate General of the United Arab Emirates in Kurdistan Region of Iraq, describing it as an unacceptable act that constitutes a blatant violation of international norms and conventions that guarantee the protection of diplomatic missions and their premises.
In a statement issued today, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Qatar affirmed that targeting diplomatic missions and premises represents a clear breach of the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations and is considered a dangerous escalation that threatens the safety and security of diplomatic personnel and undermines internationally recognized diplomatic practices.
The ministry reiterated the firm position of Qatar rejecting all acts of violence and terrorism targeting diplomatic missions or undermining security and stability. It also affirmed its solidarity with the United Arab Emirates and its support for all efforts aimed at enhancing security and stability in Iraq and the wider region.
