دولة قطر تنضم إلى اتفاق نيس للتصنيف الدولي للسلع والخدمات
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced Wednesday that the State of Qatar has joined the Nice Agreement on the International Classification of Goods and Services, as part of efforts to enhance investor services and modernize its legislative and regulatory framework in line with global developments.
الدوحة في 01 أبريل /قنا/ أعلنت وزارة التجارة والصناعة، اليوم، عن انضمام دولة قطر إلى اتفاق "نيس" للتصنيف الدولي للسلع والخدمات، وذلك في إطار جهودها لتطوير الخدمات المقدمة للمستثمرين ورواد الأعمال، ورفع كفاءة الأنظمة التشريعية والتنظيمية بما يتماشى مع التطورات العالمية.
وأوضحت الوزارة، في بيان، أن تصنيف "نيس" يعد نظاما دوليا معتمدا لتصنيف السلع والخدمات المستخدمة في تسجيل العلامات التجارية، ويسهم في تنظيم وتوحيد إجراءات التسجيل وفق المعايير الدولية المعتمدة بما يواكب أفضل الممارسات العالمية في هذا المجال.
وأكدت أن الانضمام إلى هذا النظام، الذي دخل حيز النفاذ، من شأنه تنظيم السلع والخدمات ضمن فئات محددة عند تسجيل العلامات التجارية، وتسهيل إجراءات التسجيل، إلى جانب تعزيزه وضوح وتصنيف العلامات التجارية وفق المعايير الدولية، الأمر الذي يدعم بيئة الأعمال، ويعزز ثقة المستثمرين.
Doha, April 01 (QNA) - The Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced Wednesday that the State of Qatar has joined the Nice Agreement on the International Classification of Goods and Services, as part of efforts to enhance investor services and modernize its legislative and regulatory framework in line with global developments.
In a statement, the ministry said the Nice Classification is an internationally recognized system used to categorize goods and services for trademark registration, helping standardize and streamline procedures according to global best practices.
The ministry added that the agreement, now in force, will facilitate trademark registration, improve clarity in classification, and strengthen the business environment, thereby boosting investor confidence. (QNA)
