الدوحة في 23 سبتمبر /قنا/ نظم مجتمع رائدات الأعمال، إحدى مبادرات حاضنة المبادرات الشبابية تحت مظلة وزارة الرياضة والشباب، وبالتعاون مع نادي رواد الأعمال الشباب، وباستضافة غرفة قطر، جلسة حوارية لتبادل الخبرات بين رائدات الأعمال.


وتأتي استضافة غرفة قطر للجلسة في إطار حرصها على دعم ريادة الأعمال والمبادرات الشبابية، وتعزيز دور رائدات الأعمال، من خلال توفير بيئة داعمة لتبادل الخبرات والتجارب وبناء العلاقات المهنية، بما يسهم في تطوير المشاريع ودعم نموها واستدامتها.


وجاءت الجلسة ضمن جهود مجتمع رائدات الأعمال الرامية إلى توفير مساحة تجمع رائدات الأعمال والمهتمات بريادة الأعمال، بما يسهم في تبادل الخبرات والتجارب، وتوسيع شبكة العلاقات المهنية، وفتح آفاق جديدة للتعاون وتطوير المشاريع والنمو.


وأكدت السيدة حمدة الكعبي رئيسة المبادرة أن المبادرة تسعى إلى بناء مجتمع داعم لرائدات الأعمال، يتيح لهن مشاركة التجارب والخبرات والاستفادة من قصص النجاح والتحديات الواقعية التي تمر بها صاحبات المشاريع خلال رحلة تأسيس وتنمية أعمالهن.


وناقشت الجلسة عددا من الموضوعات المرتبطة ببناء الهوية التجارية، وفهم احتياجات العملاء، وتطوير المنتجات والخدمات، وأهمية الاستمرارية والمرونة في مواجهة تحديات السوق، إضافة إلى دور التجربة العملية في تعزيز قدرة رائدة الأعمال على اتخاذ القرارات المناسبة لمشروعها.


وتأتي هذه الجلسة ضمن سلسلة البرامج والأنشطة التي تنفذها حاضنة المبادرات الشبابية، بالتعاون مع نادي رواد الأعمال الشباب، بهدف دعم المبادرات الشبابية وتمكينها من التطور والنمو، إلى جانب تعزيز مشاركة الشباب والمرأة في مجالات ريادة الأعمال والابتكار، وبناء مجتمعات متخصصة تتيح فرص التعلم والتواصل والتعاون.


وتؤكد غرفة قطر من خلال استضافتها لمثل هذه الفعاليات حرصها على تعزيز بيئة ريادة الأعمال في قطر، ودعم المبادرات التي تسهم في تنمية قدرات رواد ورائدات الأعمال، وتشجيع التواصل وتبادل الخبرات بما يخدم نمو واستدامة المشاريع.


Doha, September 23 (QNA) - Qatar Chamber hosted a dialogue session organized by the Women Entrepreneurs Community (WEC), an initiative of the Youth Initiatives Incubator under the Ministry of Sports and Youth, in cooperation with the Young Entrepreneurs Club, women entrepreneurs to exchange experiences.


The Chamber's hosting of the session underscores its commitment to supporting entrepreneurship, empowering women entrepreneurs, and fostering knowledge exchange, networking, and sustainable business growth.


The session is part of WEC's efforts to create a platform for women entrepreneurs and aspiring businesswomen to exchange knowledge, share experiences, build professional networks, and explore new opportunities for collaboration and business growth.


Head of the initiative, Hamda Al Kaabi, highlighted the initiative's goal of fostering a supportive community where women entrepreneurs can share experiences and learn from real-life success stories and challenges.


The session also explored topics including brand identity, understanding customer needs, product and service development, and the importance of resilience, consistency, and flexibility in responding to changing market demands. The discussion emphasized the value of practical experience in helping entrepreneurs make informed decisions and navigate the challenges of business development.


The event featured an engaging exchange with attendees, who participated in an interactive session and shared their own experiences and challenges related to launching and managing businesses.



The session is part of a broader series of programs and activities organized by the Youth Initiatives Incubator in cooperation with the Young Entrepreneurs Club to support youth initiatives, empower young people and women in entrepreneurship and innovation, and foster communities that promote learning, networking, and collaboration.
