In 2026, the event is purposefully aligned with the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) plenipotentiary conference (PP-26). By bringing PP‑26, where Member States define the ITU’s direction for the next four years, together with MWC Doha, where technologies are deployed and scaled, Qatar is creating a unified platform where policy and implementation converge.
Centred on the region’s mobile economy success story and the international telco-and-tech ecosystem, MWC Doha reinforces Qatar’s role as a hub for innovation, connectivity and transformation.
تُعد نسخة عام 2026 من مؤتمر "إم دبليو سي" (MWC26) في الدوحة النسخة الثانية ضمن سلسلة مؤتمرات "إم دبليو سي" المخصصة لمنطقة الشرق الأوسط وشمال أفريقيا، والتي تحظى بدعم الجمعية الدولية لشبكات الهاتف المحمول (GSMA) - المنظمة العالمية التي توحد منظومة الاتصالات المتنقلة.
ويُمثّل مؤتمر "إم دبليو سي" ملتقىً استراتيجياً فريداً يجمع الوفود الوزارية، وقادة قطاع الاتصالات، والمبتكرين التجاريين، ورواد التكنولوجيا. ويستقطب المؤتمر في الدوحة نخبة من الخبراء وصنّاع القرار الذين يعملون على بناء اقتصادات أكثر ترابطاً وذكاءً واستدامة، مما يسهم في دفع عجلة "رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030" و"الأجندة الرقمية 2030" نحو تحقيق أهدافهما المنشودة.
وفي عام 2026، يتزامن الحدث بشكل مدروس مع مؤتمر المندوبين المفوضين للاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات (PP-26). ومن خلال الجمع بين مؤتمر (PP-26) -الذي تحدد فيه الدول الأعضاء مسار الاتحاد الدولي للاتصالات للسنوات الأربع القادمة- ومؤتمر "إم دبليو سي" في الدوحة -الذي يشهد نشر التقنيات وتوسيع نطاقها-، توفر قطر منصة موحدة تلتقي فيها السياسات بالتنفيذ العملي.
وبتركيزه على قصة نجاح الاقتصاد الرقمي القائم على الاتصالات المتنقلة في المنطقة، وعلى منظومة الاتصالات والتكنولوجيا العالمية، يعزز مؤتمر "إم دبليو سي" في الدوحة مكانة قطر كمركز محوري للابتكار والترابط والتحول الرقمي.
