As a Field Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Ensuring all field activities are carried out safely by complying with company environmental Health & Safety (EHS) and Quality guidelines and procedures.
Executing maintenance, outages execution and troubleshooting interventions at customers sites
Supporting emergency calls either by phone and emails or by mobilizing at customers sites Coordination and management of contracted manpower Effective communication to HQs, through company e-tools (DoR, NCM, e-SMS)
Supporting and prepare field service jobs and interventions with the Service Manager
Timely supporting third party FSEs to provide standard and customized professional reports to Customers. Field Works use for TB, SQCL and TDB. Timecard submission. Timely provide technical assistance to customers through SR management to address issues by interfacing with all involved functions (Engineering, Digital…etc.). Use company e-tools to retrieve technical documents FSB, SQCL drawings… to support outages.
Following up and monitor jobs progress and act accordingly to guaranty quality aspects according to BH manuals and procedures.
Providing site specific support to third parity FSEs to guarantee the compliance to contractual SoW Support to the mobilization process when required.
