Purchase Executive - Ferns N Petals
Full job description
Job Responsibilities:
Perform items or suppliers sourcing. Build alliance with key suppliers for effective cost and purchasing strategies.
Coordinate with inter department on purchase requisition, items delivery, receiving and storage.
Close monitor on delivery schedule and ensure items on time delivery.
Ensure the purchased item quality and coordinate with supplier on any goods rejection and return.
Perform necessary system entry and updates for related procurement and delivery transactions.
To assist and carry out any other duties as and when assigned by superior.
Job Requirements & Skills:
Possess of Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies / Supply Chain or related field of studies.
At least 1 to 2 years working experience in the related field and experience in FMCG or food industries is an added advantage.
Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently.
Strong analytical and good time management
Computer literate and able to operate MS Office applications.
