Assistant Restaurant Manager
Key Job Responsibilities:
Support day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service and cleanliness.
Conduct training sessions for colleagues on service standards, product knowledge, and customer interaction.
Interact with guests, address concerns, and contribute to a positive dining experience.
Assist in handling customer feedback and resolving issues promptly.
Contribute to financial goals by monitoring costs, controlling expenses, and managing inventory.
Collaborate with colleagues, kitchen team, and other departments to foster a positive working environment.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as restaurant policies and procedures.
Uphold quality standards in food and service to meet or exceed customer expectations.
Assist in planning and executing special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives.
Proactively identify and address operational challenges to maintain a high level of service.
Maintain open and effective communication with the Restaurant Manager and other relevant departments.
Adhere to the company’s environmental, health, and safety procedures and policies.
