Internal:
Senior Management Team as well as key Managers of different departments –
Legal Division and Senior counsels.
Supply Manager and Supply Department IT Department – SAP requirement, internet banking online access, and to solve other issues for the efficient functioning of the computer operating system
External:
Banks and Financial Institutions
Security Trustees, Loan and Bond Facility Agents, etc. JV Partners and potential partners
External Auditors and Consultants
External Financing Counsel and Law Firms
Financial Authorities

Qualifications, Experience and Job Skills
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree – Preferably in the field of finance/economics or any other related field
Experience:
3 - 6 years’ of experience in a similar role in a large scale loan administration function.
Job Specific Skills:
Understanding of financing documentation and process. Understanding of SAP, banking online systems as well as accounting and financing.
Knowledge of bank reconciliation, payment trouble shooting, covenant reporting, and loan administration.
Understanding and proficient use of legal terminology related to financing and loans that is used in financing and loan documentation
Proficient in the use of the Bloomberg Terminal
Knowledge of valuation of swaps, bonds, debt and other capital market instruments.
Computer proficiency involving advance-level use of spreadsheets MS Excel (advance level); presentation and graph packages
