أكثر من 567 مليون ريال حجم تداول العقارات في أسبوع
The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from Sept. 15-19 reached QR 533,513,268 while the total sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units during the same period reached QR 33,973,060.
الدوحة في 26 سبتمبر /قنا/ بلغ حجم تداول العقارات في عقود البيع المسجلة لدى إدارة التسجيل العقاري بوزارة العدل خلال الفترة من 15 إلى 19 سبتمبر الجاري 533 مليونا و513 ألفا و268 ريالا، فيما بلغ إجمالي عقود البيع للنشرة العقارية الخاصة بالوحدات السكنية خلال الفترة نفسها 33 مليونا و973 ألفا و60 ريالا.
وذكرت النشرة الأسبوعية، الصادرة عن الإدارة، أن قائمة العقارات المتداولة بالبيع شملت أراضي فضاء ومساكن وعمارات سكنية وعمارة تجارية ومحلات تجارية ووحدات سكنية.
وتركزت عمليات البيع في بلديات الدوحة والريان وأم صلال والظعاين والوكرة والخور والذخيرة والشمال، وفي مناطق جزيرة اللؤلؤة والدفنة والخرايج.
وكان حجم تداول العقارات في عقود البيع المسجلة لدى إدارة التسجيل العقاري بوزارة العدل قد سجل أكثر من 278 مليون ريال خلال الفترة من 8 إلى 12 سبتمبر الجاري.
Doha, September 26 (QNA) - The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from Sept. 15-19 reached QR 533,513,268 while the total sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units during the same period reached QR 33,973,060.
The weekly bulletin issued by Department stated that the list of properties traded for sale included vacant lands, residential homes, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, retail shops, and residential units.
The sales operations were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Umm Salal, Al Dhaayen, Al Wakrah, Al Khor, Al Dhakira, and Al Shamal, in addition to areas such as The Pearl , Al Dafna, and Al Kharaij.
The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from Sep. 8-12 was over QR 278 million.
