الدوحة في 21 أكتوبر /قنا/ يستضيف مركز قطر للمال النسخة العشرين من مؤتمر منتدى التسجيل التجاري لعام 2024، والذي يعقد لأول مرة في قطر خلال الفترة من الرابع إلى السابع من نوفمبر المقبل، في خطوة تعزز مكانة دولة قطر كوجهة رئيسية للأعمال والتجارة الدولية.

ويستقطب المؤتمر، الذي يعقد تحت شعار السجلات المبتكرة.. أدوات التمكين المستقبلية للأعمال، مشاركين من جميع أنحاء العالم، بهدف مناقشة آخر التطورات في مجال سجلات الأعمال التجارية وتعزيز التعاون بين مكاتب التسجيل التجاري.


ويركز المؤتمر هذا العام على دور السجلات التجارية في دعم نمو الأعمال ومواكبة التغيرات التكنولوجية والاقتصادية، كما يناقش موضوعات دمج تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي والسجلات الموزعة، والامتثال لمعايير مكافحة الجرائم الاقتصادية، بالإضافة إلى قضية ملكية الانتفاع ومكافحة غسل الأموال، وغيرها من الموضوعات المتعلقة بإعادة توطين الشركات وتنظيم أنشطة مزودي خدمات الشركات.


وأكد السيد ناصر الطويل نائب الرئيس التنفيذي والرئيس التنفيذي للشؤون القانونية في مركز قطر للمال، في تصريح بهذه المناسبة، أن استضافة قطر لهذا الحدث من شأنها دعم مجتمع الأعمال القطري، حيث يوفر المنتدى منصة هامة لتعزيز العلاقات التجارية الدولية.

وأضاف أن المؤتمر يعد فرصة استثنائية للشركات المحلية للتواصل مباشرة مع رواد الفكر من مختلف أنحاء العالم واكتساب رؤى مميزة حول أفضل الممارسات في مجال حوكمة الشركات، مؤكدا التزام مركز قطر للمال بإرساء بيئة أعمال ديناميكية تتمتع بقدر كبير من الشفافية.


Doha, October 21 (QNA) - Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) is hosting the 20th Corporate Registers Forum (CRF) 2024 from Nov. 4-7, 2024.

This marks the first time the prestigious conference will be held in Qatar, underscoring the country's expanding role in the global business community.


The CRF Conference is an annual event hosted in a different country every year, attracting participants from around the globe. It serves as a platform for registries to stay informed about the latest developments in corporate business registers, share knowledge and insights, and network with peers.


Under the theme "Innovative Registries - Business Enablers of the Future," the conference will explore the crucial role of registries in fostering business growth and adaptation amid rapidly changing economic and technological landscapes. Key topics will include the integration of Distributed Ledger Technology and Artificial Intelligence in business registries, compliance with FATF recommendations, and strategies for combating economic crimes using corporate vehicles.


The conference will address other crucial subjects relevant to corporate registries, including corporate re-domiciliation, corporate insolvency, challenges in the tokenisation of shares and assets, regulation of company service providers, and de-registrations without a liquidator.
