Full job description
Front Office Manager role
Support the Director of Operations in the smooth running of the department
Coaching, training, and developing the team with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences and high levels of engagement across the team
Collaborate with other departments, including housekeeping and engineering, to ensure seamless guest experiences
Monitor the financial performance of the department and identify new ways of maximizing revenue
Recruit new members of the team, including sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates to join the department
Support with administrative duties such as preparing the rota and submitting payroll information
Qualifications
Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
Minimum 2 years experience as Front Office Manager
Previous experience in hotel front office management within the luxury segment is essential.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and guest service skills are required.
