Senior Associate- Dentons
Responsibilities
The role provides an excellent opportunity to take on an autonomous role within a cohesive and supporting team and will allow you to apply your existing expertise to a range of specialisms. Key responsibilities include:
Supporting and leading on a large variety of transactions;
Building and maintaining existing client relationships;
Contributing to market knowledge;
Contributing to business development.
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
This role would be ideal for candidates with 5 years of PQE.
Strong academic background.
Scottish or English qualified preferable.
Experience in drafting and negotiating real estate and construction contractual documentation is essential.
Experience in the Middle East infrastructure, real estate, and construction markets is preferable but not essential.
Experience of FIDIC based Construction Contracts (including other main standard forms), consultant appointments, and collateral warranties preferable.
Wider experience of EPC contracts, operational and maintenance agreements, and project agreements would be beneficial but not essential.
Strong team player.
Experience in leading, mentoring, and developing a team of junior lawyers and paralegals.
Ambitious and self-motivated.
