وزارة العمل تنظم دورة تدريبية للخريجين القطريين وأبناء القطريات حول معايير التدقيق الداخلي تمهيدا لدخول سوق العمل

The Ministry of Labor, through its Department of Qualifying Skills and Development, successfully organized a specialized training course in collaboration with the Qatar Association of Certified Public Accountants.

الدوحة في 18 نوفمبر /قنا/ نظمت وزارة العمل، ممثلة في إدارة التأهيل وتنمية المهارات، بالتعاون مع جمعية المحاسبين القانونيين القطرية، دورة تدريبية للباحثين عن عمل بالقطاع الخاص، من الخريجين القطريين وأبناء القطريات المتخصصين في مجال المحاسبة.

تم عقد الدورة على مدى 5 أيام، تحت عنوان "معايير التدقيق الداخلي"، وذلك بهدف رفع القدرات المحاسبية للمشاركين، وتدريبهم على مهارات التدقيق الداخلي، وتأهيلهم مهنيا، تمهيدا لدخول سوق العمل بالقطاع الخاص.

تأتي الدورة التدريبية في إطار استراتيجية وزارة العمل لقوى عاملة كفؤة ذات إنتاجية عالية، جاهزة للمستقبل، وتأهيل القوى العاملة الوطنية، ورفع قدراتها التنافسية في سوق العمل، وزيادة نسبة القطريين وأبناء القطريات من أصحاب المهارات العالية في القوى العاملة، وتعزيز الكفاءة والإنتاجية في العمل.

وقدم خبراء ومتخصصون من جمعية المحاسبين القانونيين القطرية، للمشاركين في الدورة، تعريفا شاملا للمبادئ الأساسية لمعايير التدقيق الداخلي، ومراحل دورة المحاسبة المالية المؤسسية، وفقا لأحدث معايير الممارسات والأخلاقيات المهنية المحاسبية العالمية، وباستخدام أفضل النظم التكنولوجية المعتمدة في مجال المحاسبة.

كما تم تدريب الخريجين القطريين وأبناء القطريات في الدورة على كيفية إجراء عمليات الحوكمة، وإدارة المخاطر، والرقابة على الأداء المالي للمؤسسة، بالإضافة إلى إكسابهم المهارات اللازمة في التخطيط، وإدارة الخدمات المالية، وضبط تسلسل الإجراءات المحاسبية، ورصدها ومراقبتها، وتقديم الاستشارات لدعم تحقيق أهداف المؤسسة الاستراتيجية.

الجدير بالذكر أن الاستراتيجية الوطنية لقوى عاملة كفؤة ذات إنتاجية عالية 2024-2030، تعتبر مرتكزا أساسيا لتحقيق أهداف وزارة العمل الطموحة، وفقا لاستراتيجية التنمية الوطنية الثالثة، ورؤية قطر الوطنية 2030، وذلك من خلال تحقيق عدة مستهدفات تتضمن زيادة نسبة مشاركة القطريين في القوى العاملة لترتفع من 54 بالمئة إلى 58 بالمئة، ورفع نسبة القطريين العاملين في القطاع الخاص والمختلط لترتفع من 17 بالمئة إلى 20 بالمئة.


 Doha, November 18 (QNA) - The Ministry of Labor, through its Department of Qualifying Skills and Development, successfully organized a specialized training course in collaboration with the Qatar Association of Certified Public Accountants.

The course was conducted on Nov. 14-18, 2024, with the aim of empowering job seekers in the private sector, specifically targeting Qatari graduates and children of Qatari women with an interest in accounting.

Titled "Internal Audit Standards," the course was designed to enhance participants' technical skills in accounting and internal auditing, equipping them with the professional qualifications necessary to enter the competitive private sector workforce.

This initiative is part of the Ministry's ongoing efforts to strengthen the capabilities of Qatar's national workforce and ensure they are well-prepared to meet the evolving demands of the labor market.

The training course is a key component of the Ministry's broader strategy to develop a highly effective and productive workforce, ready to address the challenges of the future.

It contributes to enhancing the competitiveness of Qatari citizens and children of Qatari women in the labor market, increasing their representation in the private sector, and improving overall workforce efficiency and productivity.

Throughout the course, experts and specialists from the Qatar Association of Certified Public Accountants delivered comprehensive sessions on the core principles of internal audit standards and the stages of institutional financial accounting.

The training adhered to the latest international accounting practices and ethical standards, incorporating cutting-edge technological tools commonly used in the profession.

In addition to strengthening technical accounting skills, the course provided participants with valuable insights into governance, risk management, and the oversight of financial performance.

The training also covered essential skills in financial planning, managing financial services, and the effective control and monitoring of accounting processes, equipping participants to offer strategic consultancy and contribute to the achievement of their organization's goals.

The National Strategy for an Effective and Highly Productive Workforce (2024-2030), a central pillar of the Ministry's ambitious workforce development objectives, aims to increase the participation of Qataris in the workforce from 54% to 58%, and raise the proportion of Qataris employed in the private and mixed sectors from 17 percent to 20 percent.

This strategy is aligned with the Third National Development Strategy and Qatar's National Vision 2030. (QNA)
