الدوحة في 25 نوفمبر /قنا/ تواصل دولة قطر تعزيز مكانتها كوجهة سياحية عالمية من خلال موسم الرحلات البحرية 2024 - 2025، حيث تقدم قطر تجربة فريدة تجمع بين جمال الخليج العربي وخدمات سياحية فاخرة تلبي تطلعات الزوار.

وفي هذا السياق، أفردت وكالة الأنباء الألمانية د.ب.أ مساحة خاصة لتسليط الضوء على قطاع السياحة في قطر، مشيدة بالنمو الملحوظ الذي يشهده هذا القطاع، ودوره في تعزيز مكانة الدولة كوجهة سياحية عالمية، مبينة الجهود التي تبذلها قطر للسياحة في تطوير البنية التحتية السياحية، مثل تحديث ميناء الدوحة، ليصبح مركزا رئيسيا لاستقبال السفن السياحية الفاخرة، وتقديم تجارب استثنائية للزوار.

كما سلطت وكالة الأنباء الألمانية الضوء على التنوع السياحي الذي توفره قطر، بدءا من الأنشطة التراثية مثل سوق واقف ومتحف الفن الإسلامي، وصولا إلى الوجهات الحديثة مثل جزيرتي جيوان والمها ومدينة الألعاب "لوسيل ونتر وندرلاند"، مما يعزز جاذبية قطر للسياح من مختلف أنحاء العالم.

وذكرت أن قطر للسياحة أطلقت موسم الرحلات البحرية 2024 - 2025، تزامنا مع وصول الباخرة السياحية الفاخرة "ريزورتس ورلد وان" إلى الدوحة، في خطوة تهدف لتعزيز مكانة دولة قطر كوجهة سياحية مميزة على مستوى الخليج العربي والعالم كله.

وتوقعت أن يكون الموسم الحالي الأكبر في تاريخ قطاع السياحة البحرية بقطر، حيث سيشهد 95 رحلة بحرية، تشمل 33 رحلة تحول جزئي، و11 رحلة انطلاق وعودة، و4 رحلات تصل إلى قطر لأول مرة، ومن المتوقع استقبال قطر أكثر من 430 ألف زائر خلال الفترة من نوفمبر إلى أبريل المقبل.

وأشارت إلى أن قطر للسياحة تسعى إلى تعزيز تعاونها مع المزيد من خطوط الرحلات البحرية العالمية، ما يساهم في تحفيز النمو بالقطاع السياحي ودعم جهود تنويع موارد الاقتصاد الوطني في دولة قطر، وخلال هذا الموسم سوف ترسو بميناء الدوحة سفن سياحية شهيرة مثل: "ماين شيف 4"، و"إم إس سي يوريبيا"، و"عايدة بريما"، و"كوستا إزميرالدا"، و"نورويجيان سكاي"، و"سيلستيال جيرني"، مما يعزز مكانة قطر المتنامية كوجهة عالمية رائدة في سياحة الرحلات البحرية.. لافتة إلى استقبال قطر خلال موسم الرحلات البحرية الماضي 73 باخرة سياحية وأكثر من 347 ألف زائر.

وأوضحت أن ميناء الدوحة استقبل بواخر عالمية شهيرة مثل "إم إس سي فرتوزا" و"سي بورن إنكور" و"عايدة بريما" و"أرتانيا" و"ماين شيف 2" و"أزامارا جيرني" و"إم إس ريفيرا" وإم إس هامبورج" و"نرويجان داون".

وبحسب وكالة الأنباء الألمانية د.ب.أ يعتبر ميناء الدوحة الوجهة الرئيسية للسفن السياحية القادمة إلى قطر، وقد شهد تطورا كبيرا خلال السنوات الأخيرة لتلبية المعايير الدولية، وضمان توفير أفضل الخدمات للسفن والزوار.

ويضم الميناء مرافق متطورة تسهّل عملية استقبال السفن الكبيرة، بما في ذلك الأرصفة الواسعة والمرافق الجمركية المتقدمة.

وتتميز محطة الرحلات البحرية الكبرى في ميناء الدوحة بموقع استراتيجي قريب من أهم المعالم السياحية الشهيرة في قطر، مثل متحف قطر الوطني وسوق واقف، ما يدعم التجارب السياحية للزوار القادمين على متن البواخر، ويتيح لهم تحقيق الاستفادة القصوى من أوقاتهم.

ويمكن للسائحين استكشاف التراث القطري في سوق واقف، والتمتع بالفن الإسلامي في حديقة ومتحف الفن الإسلامي، والاسترخاء في منطقة الكورنيش التي تقدم إطلالات رائعة.

كما توفر قطر تجارب سياحية متنوعة مثل رحلات السفاري في الصحراء والأنشطة المائية على الشاطئ.

وأوضحت د.ب.أ أن دولة قطر تستعد لاستقبال الموسم الشتوي بالعديد من الوجهات السياحية الجديدة؛ ومن بينها جزيرة جيوان التي تعد واحدة من أبرز تلك الوجهات، وتقع على بُعد دقائق من العاصمة الدوحة، وتوفر للزوار مجموعة متنوعة من الأنشطة الترفيهية، بالإضافة إلى فنادق فاخرة ومطاعم عالمية، ما يجعلها وجهة مثالية للعائلات والأفراد على حد سواء.

وأضافت أن جزيرة المها تأتي أيضا كوجهة بارزة وحديثة من بين تلك الوجهات؛ إذ تمتد الجزيرة على مساحة شاسعة تحوي مطاعم عالمية فاخرة ومدينة ألعاب حديثة هي "لوسيل ونتر وندرلاند"، التي تعد منتزها ترفيهيا مبتكرا وعصريا تبلغ مساحته 100 ألف متر مربع؛ بهدف إثراء المشهد السياحي والترفيهي المتنامي بسرعة في قطر.

وتنطلق اليوم فعاليات معرض قطر الدولي للسياحة والسفر QTM 2024، في مركز الدوحة للمعارض والمؤتمرات، التي تهدف إلى تعزيز مكانة دولة قطر بوصفها وجهة رئيسية للسياحة والسفر، ما يعزز صناعة السياحة المتنامية في البلاد، بما يتماشى مع رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030.

وسيتناول المعرض، الذي يستمر على مدار ثلاثة أيام، مختلف المواضيع الرئيسية التي تشكّل مستقبل صناعة السياحة والسفر.

Doha, November 25 (QNA) - The State of Qatar continues to strengthen its position as a global tourist destination through the 2024-2025 cruise season, offering a unique experience that combines the beauty of the Arabian Gulf with luxurious tourism services that meet the aspirations of visitors.

German Press Agency (dpa) highlighted the tourism sector in Qatar by praising the remarkable growth witnessed by the tourism sector and its role in enhancing the countrys position as a global tourist destination. The agency highlighted the efforts made by Qatar Tourism to develop the tourism infrastructure, such as modernizing Doha Port, to become a major hub for receiving luxury cruise ships, and providing exceptional experiences for visitors.

The news agency underscored the diversity of tourism offered by Qatar, which enhances the country's attractiveness to tourists from all over the world, including heritage activities such as Souq Waqif and the Museum of Islamic Art, as well as modern destinations such as Gewan and Al Maha Islands and the Lusail Winter Wonderland amusement park.

Qatar Tourism launched the 2024-2025 cruise season coinciding with the arrival of the luxury cruise ship "Resorts World One" to Doha, in a move aimed at enhancing the position of Qatar as a distinctive tourist destination in the Arabian Gulf and the rest of the world, dpa stated.

The current season would be the largest in the history of the marine tourism sector in Qatar, dpa said, as it will witness 95 cruises, including 33 partial turnaround cruises, 11 departure and return cruises, and 4 cruises arriving in Qatar for the first time. Qatar is expected to receive more than 430,000 visitors from November to April 2025.

Qatar Tourism seeks to enhance its cooperation with more international cruise lines, which contributes to stimulating growth in the tourism sector and supporting efforts to diversify the national economy in the State of Qatar.

During this season, famous cruise ships such as: Mein Schiff 4, MSC Euribia, AIDAprima, Costa Smeralda, Norwegian Sky, and Celestyal Journey will dock at Doha Port, enhancing Qatar's growing position as a leading global destination for cruise tourism. Qatar received 73 cruise ships and more than 347,000 visitors during the last cruise season.

Doha Port received famous international ships such as: MSC Virtuosa, Seabourn Encore, AIDAprima, Artania, Mein Schiff 2, Azamara Journey, MS Riviera, MS Hamburg, and Norwegian Dawn.

Doha Port is the main destination for cruise ships coming to Qatar, and has witnessed significant development in recent years to meet international standards and ensure the provision of the best services to ships and visitors.

The port includes advanced facilities that eases the reception of large ships, including wide docks and advanced customs facilities.

The major cruise terminal at Doha Port is strategically located close to the most famous tourist attractions in Qatar, such as the National Museum of Qatar and Souq Waqif, which supports the tourist experiences of visitors arriving on board ships, and allows them to make the most of their time.

German news agency (dpa) explained that Qatar is preparing to welcome the winter season with many new tourist destinations, including Gewan Island, which is one of the most prominent of these destinations.

It is located minutes away from Doha and provides visitors with a variety of recreational activities, in addition to luxury hotels and international restaurants, making it an ideal destination for families and individuals alike.

Al Maha Island also stands as a prominent and modern destination, extending over a vast area containing luxurious international restaurants and a modern amusement park - Lusail Winter Wonderland, which is an innovative and modern entertainment park with an area of 100,000 square meters with the aim of enriching the rapidly growing tourism and entertainment scene in Qatar.

The activities of Qatar International Tourism and Travel Exhibition (QTM 2024) will kick off today at the Doha Exhibition and Convention Center, with the aim of enhancing Qatar's position as a major destination for tourism and travel, promoting further the growing tourism industry in the country, in line with Qatar National Vision 2030.

The three-day exhibition will address various key topics shaping the future of the tourism and travel industry.
