اختتام دورة إدارة الائتمان وتحصيل الديون بغرفة قطر
Qatar Chamber (QC) concluded a training program today, which it has organized in cooperation with the First International Development Centre.
الدوحة في 27 نوفمبر/قنا/ اختتمت بغرفة قطر دورة تدريبية أقيمت لأول مرة في قطر بعنوان "إدارة الائتمان وتحصيل الديون"، بتنظيم مشترك بين الغرفة ومركز التطوير العالمي الأول بمشاركة 21 متدربا.
واستهدفت الدورة خبراء القطاع المالي وأصحاب الشركات وموظفي الإدارة المالية، والمستشارون الماليون.
وتناولت الدورة على مدار ثلاثة أيام ،أساسيات إدارة الائتمان وتحصيل الديون، وعناصر الائتمان وإدارة المخاطر العشرة، والتحصيل من قطاع الأعمال والأفراد، ومهام موظف التحصيل والالتزام المهني وحقوق العملاء، وتقييم العملاء وصياغة السياسات الائتمانية، كذلك الإسناد النظامي والتعزيز القانوني وفقا للأنظمة المعمول بها في قطر.
وفي الختام تم منح المتدربين شهادة اجتياز للدورة من غرفة قطر.
Doha, November 27 (QNA) - Qatar Chamber (QC) concluded a training program today, which it has organized in cooperation with the First International Development Centre.
The three-day program is held for the first time in the State of Qatar, under the title 'Credit Management and Debt Collection,' with the participation of 21 trainees.
The program targeted financial experts, business owners, financial department employees, and consultants.
The three-day training program addressed topics including the basics of credit management, debt collection, and the ten elements of credit and risk management, as well as collection strategies from businesses and individuals.
The sessions also addressed the tasks of the collection officer, professional obligation, customer rights and evaluation, and the development of credit policies.
At the conclusion of the training, participants received certificates of participation from Qatar Chamber.
