الدوحة في 02 فبراير /قنا/ حصلت الشركة المتحدة للتنمية، المطور الرئيسي لجزيرتي اللؤلؤة وجيوان، على شهادة المنظومة العالمية لتقييم الاستدامة "جي ساس" في التصميم والبناء فئة الثلاث نجوم،من المنظمة الخليجية للبحث والتطوير (جورد) عن مشروعها متعدد الاستخدامات "كريستال ريزيدنس" في جزيرة جيوان .


وأوضحت "المتحدة للتنمية" أن مشروع "كريستال ريزيدنس" يتميز بالكفاءة العالية للطاقة، التي تم تحقيقها من خلال استخدام مواد عزل متقدمة، بالإضافة إلى المظلات الخارجية وكفاءة التهوية، كما يستخدم استراتيجيات الحفاظ على المياه من حيث التركيبات الصحية واستخدام النباتات المحلية والمتكيفة، واستخدام مياه الصرف الصحي المعالجة في الري، ويدعم الاقتصاد الوطني باستهدافه مواد محلية.


وأشارت الشركة إلى أن حصولها على الشهادة يسلط الضوء على التزامها الراسخ بالاستدامة ونهجها المبتكر في التصميم والبناء، وبدمج الممارسات المستدامة في جميع مراحل عملية التطوير، حيث يعزز هذا الإنجاز مكانتها في مجال التطوير العقاري المستدام في دولة قطر، بما يتماشى مع الأهداف البيئية العالمية.


وقال السيد ياسر ناصر الجيدة، الرئيس التنفيذي للشركة المتحدة للتنمية، في تصريح بالمناسبة: "إن تحقيق تصنيف "جي ساس" بمستوى ثلاث نجوم يؤكد التزامنا بالتطوير العمراني المستدام والمسؤول بيئيا، حيث يجسد كريستال ريزيدنس في جزيرة جيوان رؤيتنا لإنشاء مجتمعات مستدامة ذات أثر بيئي منخفض، وفي ذات الوقت نابضة بالحياة تلبي أنماط الحياة الحديثة وتوفر الرفاه للإنسان".


من جانبه، قال الدكتور يوسف بن محمد الحر رئيس مجلس إدارة المنظمة الخليجية للبحث والتطوير: "إن حصول مشروع كريستال ريزيدنس على شهادة "جي ساس"يوضح كيف يمكن للمشاريع المتنوعة ذات التصميم المبتكر أن تتماشى مع الاستدامة البيئية".
