الدوحة في 03 فبراير /قنا/ أكدت سعادة الشيخة العنود بنت خليفة بن حمد آل ثاني رئيس مجلس إدارة رابطة سيدات الأعمال القطريات، أن الرابطة لعبت دورا بارزا في دعم جهود بناء الاقتصاد الوطني، من خلال العمل على توفير منظومة متكاملة تلبي الاحتياجات الآنية والتطلعات المستقبلية للسيدات ورائدات الأعمال.

وأوضحت سعادتها، في تصريحات بمناسبة الاحتفال بالذكرى الخامسة والعشرين لتأسيس الرابطة، أن الرابطة طرحت العديد من المبادرات والبرامج التدريبية المتخصصة في عدد من المجالات الحيوية لتطوير قدرات عضواتها في مجال ريادة الأعمال وتزويدهن بالأدوات اللازمة للنجاح، فضلا عن تقديم برامج الإرشاد التي تجمع رائدات الأعمال الناشئات بالقيادات النسائية ذات الخبرة في قطاع الأعمال.

وأضافت أن رابطة سيدات الأعمال القطريات ركزت بشكل كبير على خلق الفرص لتبادل المعارف وبناء الشراكات الاستراتيجية محليا ودوليا، بما من شأنه فتح آفاق جديدة للشركات التي تقودها السيدات، مشيرة إلى أن دور الرابطة تحول خلال السنوات الخمس والعشرين الماضية من مبادرة طموحة إلى قوة مؤثرة وفاعلة في المنظومة الاقتصادية الحيوية في دولة قطر، مدفوعة بالالتزام بتمكين رائدات الأعمال والقيادات والكفاءات النسائية في قطر.

وأكدت سعادتها أن مسيرة الرابطة خلال تلك السنوات عكست التحولات التي شهدتها دولة قطر نحو بناء اقتصاد متنوع وحيوي يولي أهمية قصوى لمشاركة المرأة في جميع القطاعات.

ونوهت بالتطورات التي شهدتها الرابطة لمواكبة متطلبات سيدات الأعمال العصريات للعمل والنمو في ظل اقتصاد رقمي ومعولم بشكل متزايد، قائلة: "واصلنا التكيف مع هذا التطور من خلال التركيز على مجالات ناشئة مثل التحول الرقمي والاستدامة، ومن خلال توسيع شبكتنا عالميا".

وأضافت سعادة الشيخة العنود بنت خليفة بن حمد آل ثاني أن رابطة سيدات الأعمال القطريات وسعت نطاق مبادراتها لتشمل رائدات الأعمال الشابات؛ بهدف تحفيز الجيل القادم وتأهيله لتولي أدوار قيادية وريادية أكبر، كما حافظت الرابطة على دورها الريادي وتأثيرها الإيجابي في المشهد الاقتصادي القطري.

وأشارت إلى المبادرات التي أطلقتها الرابطة على غرار مبادرة "مئة ملهمة قطرية" والشراكات الاستراتيجية التي نجحت في بنائها مع مؤسسات عالمية كبرى، مؤكدة أن هذه الشراكات تتجاوز كونها مجرد علاقات تجارية، إذ باتت تشكل اليوم جسورا حقيقية تبرز مكانة المرأة القطرية بوصفها قيادية مؤثرة ومساهمة فاعلة في الاقتصاد العالمي.

ودعت رئيس مجلس إدارة رابطة سيدات الأعمال القطريات الجيل القادم من سيدات الأعمال القطريات إلى الاستفادة من الفرص التي توفرها دولة قطر في مختلف المجالات، خاصة مع تركيز الدولة على قطاعات مثل الابتكار والاستدامة والتنويع الاقتصادي، قائلة: "الفرصة أمام المرأة لتحقيق طموحاتها في عالم الأعمال لم تكن يوما أفضل مما هي عليه الآن، وما يبعث على التفاؤل بشكل خاص هو رؤية الشابات في قطر وهن يخضن غمار قطاعات جديدة وواعدة مثل التكنولوجيا النظيفة والابتكار الرقمي".

وعبرت سعادتها عن تطلعها لمواصلة الرابطة دورها الريادي وتعميق أثرها الإيجابي، لضمان وصول برامجها ومبادراتها إلى أوسع شريحة من النساء القطريات، وإتاحة المزيد من الفرص أمامهن وتمكينهن من قيادة مجتمعاتهن وقطاعاتهن بفاعلية.

Doha, February 03 (QNA) - HE Chairwoman of Qatari Businesswomen Association (QBWA), Sheikha Al Anood bint Khalifa bin Hamad Al-Thani, affirmed that the association plays a leading role in supporting efforts to build the national economy through offering an integrated system that meets the current and future needs of women and female entrepreneurs.

In her remarks to mark the 25th anniversary of the establishment of QBWA, Her Excellency highlighted that QBWA has put forward numerous initiatives and professional training programs in a range of critical fields to advance the capabilities of its members in the field of entrepreneurship and received the essential tools for success.

Her Excellency added that QBWA provided the guidance program, which brings together nascent women entrepreneurs and experienced female leaders in the business sector, stating that it has laser-focused on creating jobs to share knowledge and build domestic and international strategic partnerships that would broaden new horizons for women-led companies.

Throughout the past 25 years, the QBWA's role has shifted from an ambitious initiative to an influential and effective force in the dynamic economic system in Qatar driven by a commitment to empowering female entrepreneurs, leaderships, and competencies in Qatar, Her Excellency underlined.

She underscored that the QBWA's path during those years reflected the transformations that Qatar went through toward a diverse and vital economy that gives foremost priority to women's engagement in all sectors, highlighting the QBWA's advancement to keep up with the requirements of contemporary businesswomen for work and growth in an increasingly digital and globalized economy.

QBWA continued to adapt to this advancement through focusing on emerging fields such as digital transformation and sustainability by expanding its network globally, Her Excellency highlighted, adding that QBWA expanded the scope of its initiatives to encompass young entrepreneurs with the aim of spurring the next generation to take on the mantle of further leading roles and maintaining its trailblazing role and positive impact on the Qatari economic landscape.

Her Excellency highlighted that QBWA has launched initiatives that resemble the "100 Qatari Inspiring Women" initiative and forged strategic partnerships with major global institutions. She indicated that such partnerships transcend the trade relations to the real bridges that highlight the Qatari women’s stature as influential leaders and effective contributors to the global economy.

HE the Chairwoman of QBWA called on the next generation of Qatari female entrepreneurs to capitalize on the opportunities offered by the State of Qatar in a range of fields, especially that the country focuses on sectors such as innovation, sustainability and economic diversity.

The opportunities for women to achieve their ambitions in the business world have never been better than today, prompting optimism about the engagement of Qatari young women in new and promising sectors, such as clean technology and digital innovation, Her Excellency said.

Her Excellency added that she looks forward to continuing the QBWA's leading role and deepening its positive impact to ensure its programs and initiatives reach out to wider spectrums of Qatari women and offer further opportunities for them to be able to effectively lead their communities and sectors.

She pointed out that QBWA is set to launch a series of activities and initiatives to mark the 25th anniversary of its establishment that will focus on empowering women in the areas of technology, sustainability and leadership, in addition to organizing global trips to highlight the milestones of the Qatari women on the global stage.
