أكثر من 428 مليون ريال حجم تداول العقارات في أسبوع
The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from Jan. 26-30 reached QR 351,885,640, while the total sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units during the same period reached QAR 76,419,927.
الدوحة في 06 فبراير /قنا/ بلغ حجم تداول العقارات في عقود البيع المسجلة لدى إدارة التسجيل العقاري بوزارة العدل خلال الفترة من السادس والعشرين إلى الثلاثين من يناير الماضي، 351 مليونا و885 ألفا و640 ريالا، فيما بلغ إجمالي عقود البيع للنشرة العقارية الخاصة بالوحدات السكنية خلال الفترة نفسها 76 مليونا و419 ألفا و927 ريالا.
وأوضحت النشرة الأسبوعية الصادرة عن إدارة التسجيل العقاري أن قائمة العقارات المتداولة بالبيع، شملت أراضي فضاء ومساكن وعمارات سكنية وعمارة تجارية سكنية ومحلات تجارية ومبنى سكنيا تجاريا ووحدات سكنية.
وتركزت عمليات البيع في بلديات الدوحة والريان والظعاين والوكرة وأم صلال والخور والذخيرة والشمال، وفي مناطق جزيرة اللؤلؤة والدفنة 60 ولوسيل 69 وغار ثعيلب ولقطيفية وأم عبيرية.
وكان حجم تداول العقارات في عقود البيع المسجلة لدى إدارة التسجيل العقاري بوزارة العدل قد سجل أكثر من 540 مليون ريال، خلال الفترة من التاسع عشر إلى الثالث والعشرين من يناير الماضي.
Doha, February 06 (QNA) - The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice during the period from Jan. 26-30 reached QR 351,885,640, while the total sales contracts for the real estate bulletin for residential units during the same period reached QAR 76,419,927.
The weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of properties traded for sale included vacant lands, residential homes, apartment buildings, commercial buildings, shops and residential units.
The sales operations were concentrated in the municipalities of Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Dhaayen, Al Wakrah, Umm Salal, Al Khor and Al Dhakira, and Al Shamal, in addition to the areas of the Pearl, Dafna 60, Lusail 69, Ghar Tha'alib, Legtaifiya and Umm Ebairiya.
The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice was over QR 540 million during the period from Jan. 19-23. (QNA)
