ارتفاع طفيف في أرباح بروة العقارية خلال عام 2024
Barwa Real Estate Company announced that it achieved a net profit of QAR 1,236,149,000 in 2024, compared to QAR 1,229,251,000 in 2023.
الدوحة في 10 فبراير /قنا/ أعلنت شركة بروة العقارية (شركة مساهمة عامة قطرية) أنها حققت صافي ربح بلغ مليارا و236 مليونا و149 ألف ريال خلال العام 2024، مقارنة مع مليار و229 مليونا و251 ألف ريال للعام 2023.
وبينت أرقام صادرة عن الشركة نشرت على موقع بورصة قطر اليوم، أن ربحية السهم بلغت 0.318 ريال خلال العام 2024 مقارنة مع 0.316 ريال للعام 2023 .
وأفاد البيان بأن مجلس إدارة الشركة أوصى جمعيتها العمومية بتوزيع أرباح نقدية على المساهمين بمعدل 18% من القيمة الاسمية للسهم (بواقع 0.18 ريال للسهم الواحد).
يذكر أن شركة بروة العقارية تأسست عام 2005 كواحدة من الشركات المتخصصة في مجال التطوير العقاري والاستثمار في قطر، ويبلغ رأس مالها حوالي 3.89 مليار ريال.
Doha, February 10 (QNA) - Barwa Real Estate Company announced that it achieved a net profit of QAR 1,236,149,000 in 2024, compared to QAR 1,229,251,000 in 2023.
Figures issued by the company and published on the Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) website on Monday showed that earnings per share reached QAR 0.318 riyals during 2024, compared to QAR 0.316 for 2023.
The statement indicated that the company's board of directors recommended to its general assembly to distribute cash dividends to shareholders at a rate of 18 percent of the nominal value of the share (QAR 0.18 per share).
Barwa Real Estate Company was established in 2005 as one of the companies specializing in real estate development and investment in Qatar, and its capital amounts to approximately QAR 3.89 billion. (QNA)
