Job Overview:
Softje Technology Solutions is seeking a dynamic Marketing Assistant to support our marketing team in executing various campaigns and projects. The ideal candidate will assist in creating content, managing social media, and tracking marketing performance. This role is perfect for someone with a passion for marketing and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and digital advertising.
Create and schedule content for social media platforms, maintaining brand consistency.
Help design and distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters.
Conduct market research and compile data on industry trends and competitors.
Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics, providing insights for improvement.
Coordinate events and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
Support the marketing team with other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in a marketing or administrative role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with marketing software or platforms like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or HubSpot.
