رابطة سيدات الأعمال القطريات و" ديلويت الشرق الأوسط" تجددان الشراكة لتمكين النساء في مجال الأعمال

الدوحة في 03 مارس /قنا/ جددت رابطة سيدات الأعمال القطريات وشركة "ديلويت الشرق الأوسط" المتخصصة في مجال الخدمات المهنية، اتفاقية الشراكة الموقعة بينهما للعام 2025، وذلك في إطار التزامهما المشترك بتمكين النساء في مجال الأعمال.


ويأتي تجديد الشراكة تأكيدا لاستمرارية النجاح الذي حققه الجانبان العام الماضي، حيث قادا مبادرات روجت لتبادل المعرفة والتعاون والابتكار بين القياديات من النساء، من خلال سلسلة من الفعاليات الناجحة وورش العمل وفعاليات التواصل، إذ دعمت رابطة سيدات الأعمال القطريات و"ديلويت الشرق الأوسط" العديد من قصص النجاح النسائية في مجال ريادة الأعمال في قطر.


واعتبرت السيدة عائشة الفردان نائب رئيس مجلس إدارة رابطة سيدات الأعمال القطريات أن تجديد الشراكة مع "ديلويت الشرق الأوسط"لا يسلط الضوء فقط على إنجازات الرابطة على مر السنين، بل يعكس أيضا التزام قطر الثابت بتعزيز قيادة النساء وريادة الأعمال.


وأضافت: "تأتي هذه الاتفاقية تزامنا مع احتفال رابطة سيدات الأعمال القطريات هذا العام بمرور 25 عاما على تأسيسها".


من جانبه، قال السيد محمد باهيميا مدير شركة "ديلويت الشرق الأوسط" في قطر: "إن تجديد شراكتنا مع رابطة سيدات الأعمال القطريات هو دليل على التزامنا بتعزيز بيئة أعمال شاملة وعادلة في قطر.. تظهر هذه الشراكة رؤيتنا المشتركة لدعم مسيرة النساء المهنية. لقد كانت شراكتنا مع رابطة سيدات الأعمال القطريات مثمرة للغاية، ونجاحها هو نتيجة لالتزامنا المشترك بإنشاء شبكة داعمة للنساء، والدعوة إلى السياسات الشاملة، والمساهمة في بيئة أعمال أكثر تنوعا وحيوية في قطر".


وتحدد الاتفاقية المجددة تعاونا ديناميكيا وتؤكد التزام الجانبين الثابت بخلق الفرص للنساء للنجاح في جميع جوانب الأعمال والقيادة، حيث تشمل الاتفاقية تعزيز التعاون في استضافة الفعاليات المشتركة، إذ سيواصل اختصاصيو "ديلويت الشرق الأوسط" تقديم خبراتهم لعضوات رابطة سيدات الأعمال القطريات وضيوفها من خلال الفعاليات، وتقديم رؤى قيمة حول استراتيجيات الأعمال والتخطيط المالي، والموضوعات المتفق عليها بشكل مشترك.


كما سيتم تنظيم برامج مركزة في مجالات حيوية مثل القيادة والتكنولوجيا، والوصول إلى الأسواق، لتزويد رائدات الأعمال بالأدوات التي تمكنهن من النجاح في بيئة الأعمال المتطورة، بالإضافة إلى إسهام الشراكة في تسهيل تنظيم فعاليات للتواصل والمنتديات والمؤتمرات، لربط رائدات الأعمال بالخبراء والمستثمرين المحتملين لبناء علاقات هادفة وفتح الفرص الجديدة.

This renewal marks the continuation of a highly successful partnership in 2024, during which both entities spearheaded initiatives that promoted knowledge sharing, collaboration, and innovation among women leaders.
