محكمة الاستثمار والتجارة تنظم ندوة حول أحكام الشيك والسندات التنفيذية

الدوحة في 18 مارس /قنا/ نظمت محكمة الاستثمار والتجارة ندوة متخصصة بعنوان "أحكام الشيك والسندات التنفيذية في ظل قانون التنفيذ"، بحضور سعادة القاضي خالد بن علي العبيدلي، رئيس محكمة الاستثمار والتجارة، وسعادة القاضي الدكتور إبراهيم هلال المهندي رئيس محكمة التنفيذ إلى جانب عدد من القضاة والمسؤولين من المجلس الأعلى للقضاة تناولت الندوة مجموعة من المحاور المتعلقة بأحكام الشيك والسندات التنفيذية، حيث تم استعراض التعديلات القانونية وآثارها على المعاملات التجارية.
كما شهدت الندوة نقاشات مثمرة بين الحاضرين، مما ساهم في تعزيز الفهم المشترك حول تطبيق القانون.
Doha, March 18 (QNA) - The Investment and Commerce Court organized a specialized seminar titled the provisions of cheque and executive bonds under the enforcement law.
The seminar was attended by HE President of the Investment and Commerce Court Judge Khalid bin Ali Al Obaidly, HE president of the enforcement court Judge Dr. Ibrahim Hilal Al Mohannadi, and a number of judges and officials from the Supreme Judiciary Council.
The seminar addressed a range of topics related to the provisions of cheque and executive bonds, reviewing legal amendments and their impact on commercial transactions.
It also witnessed fruitful discussions among attendees, contributing to strengthening a shared understanding of the application of the law.
