بنك قطر الوطني يوقف إعادة شراء أسهمه ترقبا للنتائج المالية للربع الأول من العام 2025
In accordance with Qatar Financial Markets Authority regulations, QNB will not conduct its share repurchase during the closed period commencing from 25 March 2025 to 9 April 2025, due to the upcoming publication of 1st Quarter 2025 interim financial results for QNB Group, Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) announced on Monday.
الدوحة في 24 فبراير /قنا/ أعلنت بورصة قطر اليوم توقف "بنك قطر الوطني QNB" (شركة مساهمة عامة قطرية) عن إعادة شراء أسهمه خلال فترة الإغلاق التي تبدأ من 25 مارس الجاري وتستمر حتى 9 أبريل المقبل، بسبب النشر المرتقب للنتائج المالية للربع الأول من العام 2025 لمجموعة "QNB".
وأوضحت بورصة قطر أن التوقف يأتي بموجب تعليمات هيئة قطر للأسواق المالية، مشيرة إلى أن البنك سيستأنف عملية إعادة شراء الأسهم اعتبارا من 10 أبريل 2025.
على صعيد آخر، أعلن "بنك قطر الوطني QNB" عن عزمه الإفصاح عن بياناته المالية للربع الأول من العام 2025، يوم 9 أبريل المقبل.
Doha, March 24 (QNA) - In accordance with Qatar Financial Markets Authority regulations, QNB will not conduct its share repurchase during the closed period commencing from 25 March 2025 to 9 April 2025, due to the upcoming publication of 1st Quarter 2025 interim financial results for QNB Group, Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) announced on Monday.
QNB will recommence its share repurchase from 10 April 2025.
Meanwhile, QNB announced it would disclose its financial statement for the period ending 31st March 2025 on 09/04/2025.
