Marketing Coordinator

Job Overview:
Softje Technology Solutions is seeking a creative and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The Marketing Coordinator will play a key role in supporting various marketing initiatives, including campaigns, events, content creation, and digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns to promote company products and services.
Coordinate marketing activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and tracking timelines and deliverables.
Assist in creating marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and digital content.
Coordinate social media marketing efforts, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement.
Assist in organizing and promoting events, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
Conduct market research and analyze marketing data to identify trends and opportunities.
Assist with email marketing campaigns, including list management and performance tracking.
Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance and effectiveness.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure marketing initiatives are executed successfully.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Proven experience in marketing or a related role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms, such as social media management tools and email marketing software.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing tactics.
Previous experience in a technology or IT company.
Certifications in marketing or related areas.
