مجموعة رتاج تختتم مشاركتها في "مهنتي مستقبلي" تُكرّم طلابها المتدربين

شاركت مجموعة رتاج، ممثلة في رتاج العقارية ومجموعة رتاج للفنادق والضيافه، في برنامج "مهنتي مستقبلي" بالتعاون مع مركز قطر المهني خلال يوليو 2025، بهدف تعريف طلاب المرحلة الثانوية ببيئات العمل المختلفة.

حيث استقبلت المجموعة الطلاب في مقريها : الرئيسي ، وفندق رتاج الريان

ايام 7 ،8 , 9،. يوليو، مجموعة من طلاب المرحلة الثانوية المشاركين في البرنامج، حيث أُتيح لهم الاطلاع عن قرب على طبيعة العمل في قطاع إدارة العقارات وتعرفوا كذلك على أنشطة مجموعة رتاج الفندقية وتخصصاتها المتنوعة في قطاع الضيافة، السياحه

وفي ختام البرنامج، نظّمت رتاج حفلًا لتكريم الطلاب بفندق رتاج الريان، بحضور سعادة الشيخ عيد بن نايف بن عيد آل ثاني، ممثل رئيس مجلس الإدارة، الذي سلّم الطلاب شهادات التقدير.

كما أعرب الشيخ عيد عن فخره بهذه الكوكبة الواعدة، مؤكدًا حرص المجموعة على دعم وتمكين الكوادر الوطنية من خلال مشاركه القطاع الخاص .

وتأتي هذه المشاركة ضمن استراتيجية رتاج لدعم التعليم العملي، وتعزيز جاهزية الشباب القطري لسوق العمل، بما يتماشى مع رؤية قطر الوطنية 2030.


Retaj Group Concludes Its Participation in “My Career, My Future” Program and Honors Its Student Trainees

Retaj Group, represented by Retaj Real Estate and Retaj Hotels & Hospitality, concluded its participation in the “My Career, My Future” program in collaboration with Qatar Career Development Center during July 2025. The initiative aimed to introduce high school students to various professional work environments.

The group welcomed students to its main headquarters and Retaj Al Rayyan Hotel on July 7th, 8th, and 9th, where they were given the opportunity to gain firsthand insights into the real estate management sector. They also explored the operations of Retaj’s hospitality division and its diverse offerings in tourism and hotel management.

To mark the end of the program, Retaj organized a special ceremony at Retaj Al Rayyan Hotel to honor the participating students. The event was held in the presence of His Excellency Sheikh Eid bin Nayef bin Eid Al Thani, Representative of the Chairman of the Board, who presented certificates of appreciation to the trainees.

His Excellency expressed his pride in this promising group of young talents and reaffirmed the Group’s commitment to supporting and empowering national cadres through active participation from the private sector.

This initiative comes as part of Retaj’s strategic efforts to promote practical education and enhance the readiness of Qatari youth for the labor market, in alignment with the Qatar National Vision 2030.
