HR Analyst
Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Analyst to join our team. The HR Analyst will be responsible for analyzing HR data, identifying trends, and providing insights to help improve our HR processes and strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with HR metrics, and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and analyze HR data, including employee performance, turnover rates, and compensation trends.
Develop and maintain HR metrics and dashboards to track key performance indicators.
Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve HR processes and strategies.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and programs.
Collaborate with HR and management teams to identify and address workforce challenges.
Prepare and present reports on HR metrics and trends to senior management.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in HR systems.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Analyst or in a similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HRIS and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
