وزارة التجارة والصناعة تغلق شركة مواد غذائية لمدة شهر

The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) issued Administrative Decision No. (26/2025) to administratively close a food company specialized in the production and distribution of baked goods and food products for a period of one month, due to its violation of Article (13 - 7) of Law No. (8) of 2008 regarding consumer protection.

الدوحة في 27 أغسطس /قنا/ أصدرت وزارة التجارة والصناعة القرار الإداري رقم (26/2025) بإغلاق إحدى الشركات الغذائية المتخصصة في إنتاج وتوزيع المخبوزات والمنتجات الغذائية إغلاقا إداريا لمدة شهر، وذلك لمخالفتها أحكام المادة (13 - 7) من القانون رقم (8) لسنة 2008 بشأن حماية المستهلك.


وأشار بيان للوزارة اليوم، إلى أن قرار إغلاق شركة "ريتوس باكيري آند تريدينغ" جاء نتيجة عدم التقيد بشروط الصحة العامة والسلامة، وضبط منتجات مجهولة المصدر في إنتاج الوجبات الغذائية، مما يعد مخالفة جسيمة تهدد صحة وسلامة المستهلكين.


وأضاف "تم تحرير محضر ضبط بالواقعة وإحالته إلى الجهات الأمنية المختصة لاستكمال الإجراءات القانونية، كما تم إصدار قرار الإغلاق الإداري لمدة شهر، وجاءت عملية الضبط بالتعاون مع الجهات المعنية بالدولة في إطار حملات التفتيش المشتركة للرقابة على الأسواق."


وأكدت الوزارة أن هذا الإجراء يأتي ضمن جهودها المتواصلة لحماية المستهلكين وضمان سلامة المنتجات المعروضة في الأسواق، مشددة على أنها لن تتهاون مع أي ممارسات تمس بصحة وسلامة الأفراد أو تخالف القوانين والأنظمة المعمول بها في الدولة.


ودعت الوزارة جميع المواطنين والمقيمين إلى الإبلاغ عن أي مخالفات أو ممارسات غير قانونية.


Doha, August 27 (QNA) - The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) issued Administrative Decision No. (26/2025) to administratively close a food company specialized in the production and distribution of baked goods and food products for a period of one month, due to its violation of Article (13 - 7) of Law No. (8) of 2008 regarding consumer protection.


A statement from the Ministry Wednesday indicated that the decision to close Ritus Bakery and Trading came as a result of non-compliance with public health and safety standards, and the discovery of unidentified-source products used in the preparation of food meals, which constitutes a serious violation that threatens the health and safety of consumers.


The statement underlined that an official report was filed on the incident and referred to the competent security authorities to complete the legal procedures. The administrative closure decision for one month was issued, and the inspection was carried out in cooperation with the relevant authorities in the country as part of joint inspection campaigns to monitor markets.


The Ministry affirmed that this measure comes within its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure the safety of products offered in the markets, stressing that it will not tolerate any practices that compromise the health and safety of individuals or violate the laws and regulations in force in the country.


The Ministry called on all citizens and residents to report any violations or illegal practices. (QNA)
